I started Ricks Rules (EOD) Program early August 2014. I would be lying if I said I wasn’t a little skeptical at first but I decided that I was going to jump in and give my all and listen to whatever Rick had to say. Rick has done a fantastic job at explaining stocks and options in a way that anyone can understand. It took me about 2-3 weeks to go over everything a few times and feel ready for virtual trading. I should know because I had zero experience before I signed up with this program. I started virtually trading 3 weeks into the program. I cannot stress enough how important this step is because no matter how much I thought I knew or just when I thought I figured everything out…I would catch mistakes.
Ie. I recently bought a “Put option” and in 5 days I was at a loss of 62% of my investment…the problem wasn’t the loss, It was that I made a mistake in the purchase. When I did the math I should be at a profit not a loss….well that would have been true If I would have done what I intended to do (following Ricks Checklist). I would have been up 65% (after commission). On top of that, with the Risk management Rick teaches I would have been guaranteed 31% profit using the “Trailing Stop Loss”. The reason for the loss is that I clicked “sell to open” button NOT “buy to close”. Talk about a rookie mistake!! I realize that it is a virtual account but I treat it as my real money so that these mistakes don’t happen in the future.
Lastly, I would like to thank you Rick. Your program is awesome. I have been telling everyone about it. I cannot wait to leave my next testimonial using my “LIVE ACCOUNT”. You have been extremely helpful. Thank you for putting up with my frequent calls. And most importantly I thank you for giving me the confidence and tools that will transform my financial future.
