Strictly following Rick’s system, I began virtually paper trading with real time stocks, using a standard 100 share limit. Although I did not “profit" from every trade, I would have ultimately come out with a $2,500 profit within the first couple months. After having success with that, my father and I agreed I was ready to begin trading small amounts in the actual market. We set up a simple Roth IRA for myself to begin. As I proceed to follow Rick’s rules, I am already beginning to see my overall profit in the account increase.
I continue to paper trade to increase my overall knowledge and skill in trading, however its truly a great feeling to be not only learning, but profiting from the stock market at such a young age.
