Spyware, adware, or malware are programs that are similar to viruses but intend to steal information or display ads rather then damage the computer and/or damage files. It is safe to run multiple anti-spyware programs.

SuperAntiSpyware:
http://www.superantispyware.com/

This is a must have program for protection against spyware. It has removed spyware that some other programs wouldn’t even detect.

SpyCatcher Express:
http://www.tenebril.com/

This is a great program detects most spyware. It has a great proactive scanner.
